Hi guys,

I would like to build a report that looks like the general ledger report or the Profit and Loss report, but is not part of the Accounting application.

I would like to use two main options:

-> Fold fields
-> Have e search filter.

I've been tinkering around with this, but with no luck yet. I've been reading this slide also: https://www.odoo.com/slides/slide/how-to-create-custom-accounting-report-415.

My guess is that those type of reports are meant to be used only with the Accounting app. But is there anyway to use the required features in my own personal report for a different application?
