where can i control which version i have ?    

i see in the General settings : 

Odoo 18.0+e (Enterprise Editie)

Rollback to: 18.0.20250512

the Issue occur only in the latest update.

For the moment I can only tell that on Odoo 17 rev 20250519 does work as well; in case you haven't tried 18.0.20250519 you may want to give it a try as well

18.0.20250519 is the Version where the issue occurs.
