you shouldn't create delivery and receipts. When there is a topic of Inter-warehouse transfer, I usually create a new route and will add new rules for it; and then I will use "Replenishment", select my newly created route and move the items. In the rules, there is the selection field "Propagation of Procurement Group". If this is set to empty, it will merge the demands (needs) for the procurement, so you should put it to "propagate".

I think that with a proposed approach of creating a new route with specific rules to manage these stock transfers separately, the challenges of auto-merging will arise and be quickly resolved. This ensures better control over stock transfers and avoids confusion in the logistics process.
