Hello, I'm using Odoo Enterprise Monthly Custom Online
Now my Odoo doesn't have any units on hand. It suddenly disappeared.
At 8 AM today I came in to check the stock. Everything is still normal.
But at 10 AM today, the on hand number of everything in the Inventory all 0 unit. And all History is gone too
But when scanning the barcode The amount increases normally, but in the inventory, there is no on hand. All show 0 units.
How to fix this?

Make sure the Type of the Locations is Internal Location.
Inventory > Configuration > Locations
On any of the products, if you click the "In / Out" button is there any history of the quantity becoming zero?
In/Out button is used to see the inventory transfers related to that product. That won't make any quantity to zero.
Sure but if there had been an unintentional inventory adjustment, someone in the system not understanding what they are doing, there would be a history there of an adjustment.
yes, you can see all types of inventory adjustments on that screen. Including the details of which user made that adjustment.
