i want to set up access access right permission for our company

the structure as below

main manager (he can see all the activities of the managers below)

below main manager there are 3 managers

below each of each manager there are 2 users working below them, uptil now i have setup access that no user can see other's lead, now i want to setup permission on the manager level that manager1 cannot see manager2's team work and viceversa
