Is it normal that I have two entries in my accounting plan for the same invoice?

May be it is l10n_ca installed module who make a second entry for tax calculation (it seems that I read it somewhere)?
Is it a normal entry?

Yes it is that tax which you pay is allocated on separate account becouse it is technically not sale, but duty to tax office. On this account you have your obligations to tax office.
