I can't find the merge option in the action menu in the list view when some tickets are selected.

Has been removed this functionality in this version? It can be enabled?

Edit: 

Yeah helpdesk.ticket.merge has been removed in odoo 12. but you still can look into the wizard code in odoo11 and make it work for the newer version.

In version 15 it is possible to merge almost all models. We are merging helpdesk tickets and it works well.

Is there a plan, when the ticket.merge will be back? Ticket Merging ist a very important feature regarding the Work with helpdesk Tickets. The deduplication ist not sufficient.
