Can't access helpdesk.team when using swedish language.

After upgrading our odoo environment to version 16. we can't seem to access the helpdesk.team app anymore when swedish language is set. It works if the lang is set to english.

Hi
Please verify that the Helpdesk Team app you're using is compatible with Odoo version 16. Ensure that you have the latest version of the app installed, specifically designed for Odoo 16. Double-check the language settings in your Odoo instance. Make sure that the Swedish language is properly configured and activated. You can navigate to the Language settings in Odoo and ensure that Swedish (or its corresponding code) is enabled.

There is something wrong with the translation in the db, if you have used odoo migration service for the upgrade process, create a support ticker under migration here:  https://www.odoo.com/help

The arch_db xml record in the database for helpdesk had these incorrect character, thanks!

you can check following steps:

  1. Identify the View: The error traceback indicates that the issue is related to the view with the identifier "helpdesk.team" and the language code "sv_SE". Locate the XML view file associated with this identifier.

  2. Check for Syntax Errors: Open the XML view file and carefully review the contents for any syntax errors. Pay attention to the line mentioned in the error message: ”{’invisible’:. It appears that there is an invalid character or incorrect syntax in this line.

  3. Correct the Syntax Error: Once you have identified the syntax error, correct it by replacing the invalid character or fixing the syntax. Ensure that the XML view is properly formatted with correct opening and closing tags, attribute values, and other required elements.

  4. Restart the Odoo Server: After making the necessary changes to the XML view file, restart the Odoo server to apply the updates.

  5. Test the Helpdesk Team App: Access the Helpdesk Team app again, set the language to Swedish (sv_SE), and verify if the error is resolved.
