issue with outgoing email functionality in Odoo. I am encountering an error message stating "Mail delivery failed via SMTP server 'None'." 

But when it's works we create a new mails from email(technical --> Emails)directly and send.
the issue happends only when system generated emails like time off, approvals etc

Thank you for the support, It Partially wors, How we can manage the mail funtionality doesn't have proper email template like Time off request, Approval Notification etc

  1. Check, SMTP Settings:
    • Go to Settings > General Settings > Outgoing Mail Servers and verify that the SMTP server details are set up correctly, including the hostname, port, login, and password.

  2. Enable Debug Mode:
    • Switch to debug mode in Odoo to get access to advanced configurations. You can enable it by appending ?debug=1 to the URL.
  3. Review Email Templates:
    • Under Technical > Email > Email Templates, review the templates used for system-generated emails, like time off or approval notifications. Ensure that each template has the correct "Email From" field.
    • Confirm that the "Use specific SMTP server" option is unchecked (if using the default server).
  4. Check for Missing Email Aliases:
    • Automated emails in Odoo often rely on the correct email alias and/or email server configuration. Confirm that each template related to system emails is assigned an alias if required.
  5. Log and Test SMTP Connection:
    • Under Settings > Technical > Email > Outgoing Mail Servers, select "Test Connection" to ensure Odoo is successfully connecting to the SMTP server.
    • If there are issues, review the logs under Technical > Email > Emails to identify any further error details.
  6. SMTP Fallback Configuration:
    • In some cases, Odoo may require a fallback server configuration for automated emails. This can be done by creating another SMTP configuration with higher priority.
