American Tire Depot received orders from multiple sources, and found it challenging to keep track of them all. The Odoo-Adobe Commerce integration enabled them to create a modern website with advanced workflow features. In addition, it made it easier to manage their orders, by streamlining their order processing system. We used the out-of-the-box shipping, payment gateways, and marketplace connectors from the Odoo App Store. Overall, this integration allowed American Tire Depot to provide a better customer experience, while optimizing their internal processes.

American Tire Depot’s traditional order management system was manual and time-consuming. Managing invoices was also a hassle. Our third-party app integrations streamlined order and invoice management. In contrast, omnichannel integration with marketplaces improved the ordering process for B2B and B2C customers, leading to higher sales and better customer experience. 

Customized Pricing for Every Customer

American Tire Depot faced challenges in calculating feasible product prices, leading to inefficiencies and inaccuracies in order and invoice management. The customized vendor price list allowed them to calculate the most feasible price, by factoring in additional markup charges, shipping charges, and vendor costs. In addition, Odoo identified the nearest vendor to the customer’s location using advanced algorithms, improving efficiency and accuracy in the order and invoice management process, while reducing manual intervention by 47%. 

Customized Checkout for Effortless Order Placement

American Tire Depot achieved faster checkouts with an iFrame dynamic checkout pop-up. It simplified adding required products to the cart, and placing an order, quickly. This feature also allowed customers and businesses to select their preferred shipping options, such as direct shipment, will call, and shipment to the installer. 

Odoo Installer Settings Integration for Enhanced User Experience

Customized installer settings in the Odoo system make it easy for the admin to provide installer options to customers. In addition, the system’s advanced syncing functionality ensures all installers created in Odoo are reflected on the Adobe Commerce website, creating a seamless experience for users and customers. 

Odoo Accounting to Replace Quickbooks for Time Conservation 

It streamlined the accounting process, and advanced capabilities for managing consolidation and intercompany transactions. In addition, the TaxJar integration into the system offered pre-built sales tax calculations, invoicing, and reporting, which saved time and resources. 

Smart Inventory Management for Smoother Processes 

We implemented an automated inventory management system, including sales commission and margin management for all orders. The system also featured smart inventory management, with automated internal transfers, making the process smoother and more efficient.
