I would like advice on choosing a CMMS application. I have to manage maintenance planning and these must be regular. (example: VMC maintenance every year). There should be an annual global view in a schedule (Gantt view) of each interview.

The method I currently use is to create a project for each client interview. Then, in the planning app I create a position that I link to the project and I add a recurrence in order to have an overall view (limited to 6 months unless modified "debug"). I am not satisfied with this method.

Do you have a better method?
