In this talk, we would like to present the new RMA App for Odoo, created by Eficent. In order to get the most out of this presentation it is beneficial to have basic functional knowledge of Odoo, but no technical knowledge is needed. The presentation and the live demo will be done in Odoo Enterprise version 11.0

We will explain how to configure the RMAs and how different users will process them. An RMA involves many parts of the company and all users from different departments must control the status of it at any time. We will show to the audience how the RMA interacts with the different parts of Odoo and coordinates them. At the end of the presentation the audience will notice that processing an RMA in Odoo is easy and fast.

This session will combine a presentation with a short live demo at the end. This App was presented earlier this year in Spain, during the event "Jornadas Odoo 2018", organized by the Spanish Association of Odoo.
