shipping over 500,000 tons annually to more than 100 countries. Garibsons needed to
overcome challenges caused by a lack of centralized systems.
Core functions like manufacturing, inventory, payments, and banking were handled manually,
leading to inefficiencies, stock discrepancies, and limited financial oversight.
Synavos stepped in to implement a customized Odoo SH solution. Modules covering Purchase,
Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, and Accounting were configured to centralize operations and
introduce real-time data access across departments. This integration enables Garibsons to
accurately track production and inventory, automate accounts payable, streamline financial
transactions, and generate timely reports.
