DOPE Studio
DOPE Studio is a Greek digital agency operating across multiple internal departments, with a commercial model where each department contributes its own scope to a customer engagement and the engagement is presented to the customer as a single, unified offer. The previous operating model ran on legacy tools and spreadsheets, which made the multi-departmental offer surface difficult to scale.
We delivered Odoo for DOPE Studio across CRM, Sales, Purchase, and Accounting. Accounting sits on our EXN Greek Localization and EXN AADE MyData modules for real-time AADE compliance on every transaction. The differentiating piece is a custom layer built around how the agency actually sells. Each department prepares its own quotation under its own numbering, so the originating team is visible at a glance and internal accountability is intact. A manager then groups the relevant quotations into one consolidated offer that goes to the customer as a single coherent document, clean and unified on the customer side, with every department's contribution preserved as its own record internally for margin and resource tracking. When the consolidated offer moves forward, every underlying quotation moves with it, so the agency runs one commercial conversation with the customer rather than several parallel ones. On the invoice side, a custom contact-routing layer makes sure every invoice is delivered automatically to all the people on the customer's side who need it, without anyone in finance having to remember who gets the copy this month.
The outcome is a centralised commercial backbone for an agency that had outgrown its legacy stack: cleaner offers to the customer, intact internal accountability behind them, and an invoicing handoff that no longer relies on memory.
