Problem & Needs:

DIB needed a solution to track departmental expenses, manage inventory deliveries, and improve internal operations, including HR management.

Our Solution:

We implemented analytic accounts to track departmental expenses and customized inventory delivery management. An approval app for purchase orders and deliveries was added for better control. Additionally, we integrated an HR system to manage attendance, appointments, and time-offs, streamlining employee management and enhancing operational efficiency.
