Activewear wanted to bring all of their current systems onto one integrated system and Odoo was their solution of choice.

The initial project focus was based on creating more efficient processes within their system to support established operations and fuel future growth. There is scope to replace Visualsoft entirely in the future, for now we have been able to integrate it alongside other existing system features.

The beauty of Odoo’s building blocks means Activewear have been able to gradually move their current system over in stages that suit them and allow progression without disrupting the success the business is currently having.

Following implementation, we focused on the inventory and warehouse operations in order to enhance efficiency of processes from customer to delivery.
