1. How do I move an opportunity to a different stage in the CRM app?
Click into the opportunity card, open the ‘Stages’ tab, and select the new opportunity stage On the dashboard, drag and drop the opportunity into the new stage. Or, in the opportunity, select the new stage On the dashboard, double-click the opportunity, and select the new stage in the drop-down menu. Or, in the opportunity, click into the ‘Stages’ tab, and drag and drop into the new stage The customer needs to email requesting their opportunity to be moved to a new stage.
2. Where can I check the history of an opportunity?
