1. How do I customize a stage from the main CRM dashboard (in Kanban view)?
Navigate to ‘Configuration’ > ‘Stages’ > ‘Customizations’ Hover over the top of a stage, revealing a ‘gear’ icon. Click that, and choose customizations from a drop-down menu Click ‘New’ from the dashboard, and proceed to create a new stage This isn’t possible in Odoo CRM
