Using POSBOX, v9 and v10, I always get a small (too small) company logo (aligned to the left) on the Customer Receipt. I've tried install img v15 and img v16 on the raspi3.

I installed posbox img version 16 on raspi 3.
But it printed small-size company logo and the position is always on the left of receipt.  I'v tried img v15 and the result was the same.
Either I've tried both Point of Sale in odoo 9 also odoo 10.

Any help?

yes, i'v tried printing on runbot and the result exactly the same as explained on my question above. So, how can fix it ? how to synchronize posbox with the hardware? how to configure posbox or setting the receipt?

I have not observed this issue.
Do you have the same problem when printing the standard receipt on runbot (with the default Odoo logo)? if yes, the problem is hardware-related; if no, the problem is software-related.
Do you have the same problem with other pictures? if yes, the report is the problem; if no, your picture (size?) is the problem.
