Product with automatic trigger in reordering rule is asking for Manual Order once

I have a location where all products that create a requirement make them show up on the replenishment board but even though they have "Auto" trigger, they are asking for manual Order Once button to be ordered, any idea why this is?

      • Buy for Purchase Orders.

  • Vendor or BOM Assignment:
    • For products using the Buy route, ensure a vendor is set in the product’s Purchase tab.
