Hello,

I think you can achieve this as follows:

• activate "Authorized Employees" in pos settings 
• create new employee  like "cashierx" in "Employees" module. 
• go back to pos settings and give access to "cashierx".
• start new pos session with "cashierx"

If employee is not an "internal user"  "close session" will not be available.

It does mean though that pos app/module needs to be accessed by someone else who is an "internal user" and has access to pos (typically the manager).
