In a project only the admin can see the team members but the user can't

Question

When the admin create a project only him can see the other users and team members but when a user (with project manager right) create a project he can not add any other users neither the admin in the project team because he can't even see them in the list.

Any idea what's going on ??

I have the same problem it is all about "access" or "rights"  I am busy to seek for the solution.  If you create productys you will experiance the same.

I find that help is not so good on the forum.

So it is back to blood sweat and tears as documentation for newbee's are not easy to get.  All high level. Just enough to understand the problem but nothing to assist to resolve the problem

Well I created a new database, and I don't have that problem in it even if the user doesn't have manager rights on the projects. I guess I'm just going to import the data from the old database and export it in the new one :(
