Odoo13 How to create New groups for Portal User

Question

Created Two new groups for Portal User.
Ex. Group A and Group B
But When i create a Portal User The above groups are not showing to that user for Give access
In Odoo10 have a parameter called is_portal=True. Which helps to view the groups for portal users.

Hey Ajit.
Do the following so that you be able to add portal users to the group you have created.

1. Activate the Developer mode
2. Go the Group you have created.
3. Edit and on the users tab click on "add a line".
4. apply filter "Share partner is true".
5. select the users.

But how to show my new group for User type portal.
Because we cant give access to a user by following the above steps.
