So I reached Superhero rank and filled the info to get the mug and was expecting to get a tracking number like when ordering Scale Up, but didn't get anything. I tried to connect with odoo support but they didn't answer after 10 days. Can someone give an advise about my situation.

Yeah, i did not get a tracking number either, but a while after i ordered my mug, i got it. 

They ship with standard post, not tracked. It's a free mug, it is nice from Odoo that they don't make us pay for the shipping in the first place.

Just be patient, you will receive it eventually.

Did You received any call from Fedex or any shipping provider to verify contact details.
