After using odoo 10 with mrp for a while we decided to implement the next step routing which is quite straight forward.
But in some of the tutorials you see "assembly station 1 " , "assembly station 2 " etc.
We actually have no idea up front through which assembly station the routing goes.
(in our definition a workcenter is an assembly station where 1 person works, so all the assembly stations could do the same type of work: assemble furniture)
So how do you handle these situations/ or how do you configure it?
does each person has it own WC or do they use it like a group?
If handled like a group how do you allocate the resources (we have a basic group of employees and contractors that come and go when we have projects)
