Hello,


We have this error when we're clicking on configuration module :

if this is not installed, you can activate the developer mode and navigate to settings -> technical -> user interface -> views, and search for the view containing the field recaptcha_public_key and remove the field from the view

The developer mode is on but impossible to access settings module... So I can't have "technical menu"

you may have connect with admin of your instance

Yes, i'm connected with admin. But I have this error when I'm clicking on configuration module. So, i can't access to settings... This bug appear when I wanted to configure helpdesk module. I tried to uninstall this module but it doesn't work.
And now if I want reinstall helpdesk module, I have an error too

Hi,

Please upgrade the app with technical name: google_recaptcha and see if there is any difference.


Mostly on upgrading the module, will resolve the issue. If you are technical person, in such cases, try to see from which module the field shown in the error is message is added and upgrade the corresponding module.

I resolved it by install Google recaptcha !
