Custom condition before changing helpdesk status to resolved

I would like to implement a custom condition to force user to fill in certain field in helpdesk ticket before it is allowed to switch status of ticket to "Resolved".


Could naybody please advice?


We are on cloud version 17.2.

Hello DBU,


In that case you achieve using the stages.

Solution 1 : Dynamic Solution


Need to add one checkbox field in stages field (this field mainly use for the set fields required)


If the helpdesk ticket stages move and ticket stage --> checkbox mark true based on that you can apply required field conditions.


Solution 2 :

Based on helpdesk stages name you can set field required.
