I have sent massive portal invitations to customers. Only few of them has signup.

How can I deactivate all pending invitations ?

How to select only those that don't signup ?

To see all sent invitations

Open the Portal group (in Settings / Users / Groups). You will see also last connection dates of everyone.

To display which customers has signup

You need to create filters in Customers list. Just select :

  • Email  is set

  • Signup token is not set

  • eCommerce users may need to select Contacts is not set (it will select only those without a different shipping address)

Note that It will also display new customers which didn't yet received portal invitation.

To select only those who don't signup, create a filter like this:

  • Email is set

  • Signup token is set

To delete pending invitations

  • Connect as Administrator

  • Go to Settings / Dashboard, under active users one can see a partial list of pending invitations

  • Click on More

  • Select everything

  • Delete
