Industry: Hospitality Supply (Tableware)Challenge: 1765 Gemini, a leading supplier of premium dinnerware, glassware, and cutlery to top hotels and restaurants in Dubai, faced operational challenges due to the manual handling of inventory, order processing, and client account management. The lack of an integrated system resulted in order delays, inconsistent stock levels, and inefficient coordination between sales and warehouse teams.
Solution: Fidobe Solutions implemented a customized Odoo ERP system to digitize and streamline operations across the supply chain. The solution included the Inventory Module for real-time stock visibility and automated restocking, the Sales and CRM Modules to manage client orders, contracts, and relationships efficiently, and the Accounting Module for accurate invoicing, payment tracking, and financial reporting. A custom B2B portal was also introduced to simplify order placement for regular hospitality clients.
Results: Post-implementation, 1765 Gemini achieved smoother coordination between sales and logistics, reducing order fulfillment times and minimizing stock discrepancies. Client satisfaction improved due to more accurate and timely deliveries, while financial operations became more transparent and manageable.
