Through a presentation and demo (Odoo 16 Enterprise), the audience will discover the features of the Sodexis “Sales Order Approvals” App.

Integrated with the Odoo base Approval app, the Sodexis app generates approval requests before a Sales Order can be confirmed based on specific conditions that can be defined in the web interface without changing the code.

Example of conditions that can be setup to require an approval requests:
- Credit card AVS failure
- Customer is over the credit limit
- Price of the product was overwritten
- Missing contact phone number
- Tax exemption has expired
- Sales Order includes Free products
- Duplicate lines on the Sales Order
- Items not available in stock
- Address has not been verified

Each time an approval is requested from a user that is an approver for the specific request.

Once the request is approved, the sales order is automatically confirmed.
