Thijs has been part of the Odoo Eco System for almost five years, working for DynApps, a large Odoo Partner based in Belgium. As a project manager, Thijs manages multiple large and medium-sized Odoo implementation projects helping customers to gain maximum ROI on the Odoo implementation.
Dekenwasserij is a Belgian Company that offers laundry services for animal blankets, focusing on the horse market. Their customers use the Odoo portal to preregister the blankets and manage pickup days.
Dekenwasserij uses Odoo to automate the internal process, from managing and optimizing pickup/delivery rounds, the internal washing and packing process, and a fully automated invoicing process. A registration process integrated with a camera and barcode scanners is built to minimize the number of manual actions during the registration process and the internal packing process when errors occur that need to be solved manually. Also, the repair services are driven by this process.
Added value for Dekenwasserij
- Significantly reduced the number of manual actions.
- Automated customer interaction (delivery/pick-up communication, invoicing, ...)
- Fully integrated process (website, portal, backend processes, repairs, and communication)
Target audience:
Business owners want to start using Odoo for interactions with their customers and optimizing their internal workflows.
