The purpose of this talk to is to discuss how Odoo has been able to grow their sales team in Buffalo from 1 employee -> 65 employees within 3 years.
We'll focus on the strategies, management styles, and keys used to build a successful sales team. Recruitment is an important aspect of building any team, and this talk will focus on the recruitment strategies (interview processes) that help Odoo make quick decisions, and hire the most qualified individuals.
After an organization hires sales professionals, it's very important they support these reps, by providing them with enough resources to help them succeed in their roles. This talk will also focus on those Odoo resources, and how they are utilized to maintain a high level of consistent success. The presentation will not only focus on scaling/building a sales team, but also how retainment of employees is key to the success of any organization.
