Being specialized in small and medium businesses, we always look for creative ways to help them grow from medium to large and achieve big goals. After Covid, we used Odoo in more than 10 companies and it really was an amazing experience to see how these companies could transform in no time.

In this talk, we will present an exceptional story about a real estate business that was going through a business nightmare due to the economic crisis. In short, we implemented Odoo and recruited 50 new salespeople in 1 month. We trained them intensively, supported them sell virtually, and linked Odoo to the website on one end and the inventory of properties on the other. Then, we integrated a new pipeline for the brokers, the procurement of new properties, and a full internal training library on the Odoo documents. Filtering the leads in the reporting was magic, retargeting audiences by email newsletter was piece of cake and we could quadruple the sales targets in 6 months. This case was impressive and opened new doors for us in several industries and countries.
