Matthias started his career in hotel management and later decided to embark on a new career in the charitable sector, which led him to work for a large foundation as IT Manager. During this time, he also completed a Master's degree in Sociology.
When becoming a father of twins, he relocated from London to the beautiful Belgian countryside. Matthias has been working with Odoo for almost 3 years - he started out as a Business Consultant, joined the Upgrade team in May 2020, and became team lead for Upgrade Services at the end of that year.

Philippine used to work for different finance companies and then worked for a famous food tech company for several years. She has a background in law and is a huge fan of politics. She works only for a few months for the Upgrade Team at Odoo and takes her role very seriously to demystify the upgrade’s apprehension.
