Bernard Letourmy & Nicolas RossetDone
I have been an Odoosiast functional consultant and project leader since 2012. Ex-product owner (till v13).
Currently working as a freelance on very diverse projects: operations in startups & cooperatives, accounting in non-government organizations (NGOs) and larger companies.
I feel inspired by participative management & sustainability-driven organizations. I Implemented Odoo in a few breweries. I find this field well suited to demonstrate the power and flexibility of Odoo.
Hope to see you there or at the bar. I will celebrate my 10 years on Odoo.
Way before becoming the country of Odoo, Belgium used to be the country of beers; Now, imagine the mix of both!
This talk aims to show how to manage the specificities of beer breweries and drink manufacturers in general, starting from the very standard features of Odoo:
- manufacturing flow, from brewing to packaging
- sales with crates, bottles, packs, the deposit of returnable items
- returns and invoicing
- forecast + KPIs (volume sold, etc.)
Specific community tools help you remove the admin burdens and ease traceability. There will be quickly introduced:
- master MO with auto-generated lots
- brewing declaration
- access declaration
- foreign sales (eAD)
I will also share some quick implementation tips: phasing, functional scope, and change management.
Target audience:
This talk is dedicated to any project leader who cannot wait for the bar to open and to any person working in the drink sector or food manufacturing in general.
Cheers!
