Odoo is a great platform for aerospace, defense, and government contracting companies, thanks to its unparalleled flexibility.

Since Odoo can be deployed on different operating systems (Linux, Windows, and MacOS.) and hosting platforms (on-premise, private cloud, government clouds, etc.), the ITAR and CMMC compliance processes are significantly simplified. Odoo also allows virtually unlimited customizations and system integrations, which is imperative for aerospace, defense, and government contracting companies to optimize their complex operations and comply with the regulations.

Many aerospace, defense, and government contracting companies in the US need to comply with the aerospace quality standards AS9100, AS9110, or AS9120, which are based on ISO 9001. Odoo apps, when appropriately configured, can support most quality management principles (QMPs) in those standards. However, the Non-Conformance Management (NCM) process requires a custom workflow.

In this talk, Lee Lou will present a solution on Odoo to simplify the compliance process for AS9100, AS9110, and AS9120.

NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and CAPAs (Corrective And Preventive Actions) can be effectively created, managed, and reported via integrated user interfaces and workflows.

This talk is useful to project managers and quality managers in the aerospace and defense industry.
