属性字段

Property fields, or properties, enable the customization of a form view by adding various field types. These fields allow information storage and management by adding values.

属性字段与常规字段

Properties act as pseudo-fields; they behave like regular fields but are not saved as columns in the database. They also rely on a defined parent record. For example, adding a property to a task inserts a field in all tasks within the same project while other projects’ tasks remain unaffected.

要向:ref:表单视图 <studio/views/general/form>`添加第一个属性字段,请点击:icon:`fa-cog (操作) 图标,然后选择:icon:fa-cogs 编辑属性。

Then, configure the property field in the popover:

1. Enter the property’s Label.

2. Choose a Field Type.

3. Configure the field based on the selected type:

   选项	从一组预定义值中选择一个值	点击 添加值 并输入 选项名称，以添加一个可选项。 如果需要，可点击 ）按钮，将某个选项设为默认。 使用 ）按钮拖放选项以重新排序。 点击 ）按钮删除一个选项。
   标签	以标签形式选择多个值	输入一个 标签 名称，然后按回车键保存。 点击标签并选择另一种颜色，以更改其颜色。
   多对一	从另一个模型中选择一条记录	输入 模型 名称。如果需要，可配置其 域 以筛选记录。 如果需要，可选择一个 默认值。

   分隔符	将多个属性分组到一个可折叠的标签下

4. 输入:guilabel:`后缀`以在字段值后添加上下文描述。例如，要指示每公里的成本，请使用:guilabel:`货币`字段并将其命名为**成本**,然后输入**每公里**作为:guilabel:`后缀`字段。该属性随后显示如下:成本 [添加的值] 每公里。

5. 启用:guilabel:`在卡片中显示`以选择是否在每个字段的看板、列表或日历视图的卡片中显示属性。

6. 启用 AI`以向属性添加:ref:`AI 字段 <ai/add-a-new-field/properties>。编写:guilabel:提示词`和/或输入/field`以插入动态值。

7. Click outside the popover to save the added property field.

小技巧

• To add another property field, click Add a Property at the bottom of the form.

• To edit a property field, click the (pencil) icon next to it, perform the necessary changes in the popover, then click outside the popover to save the changes.

• To remove a property field, click the (pencil) icon next to it, click Delete in the popover, then click Delete Field.

• To reorder property fields, use the (drag handle) icon.

跨应用的属性
