Currently Appraisal module is an enterprise feature in Odoo 12 but you can use our free custom application for employee appraisal.

I tried to install it in odoo 12 community but after click install i get pop-up message say odoo error, can you help me ?

You need an Enterprise license to install the Appraisal module available in Odoo.
If you are interested in a free module, you can see if there are 3rd party apps available on the Odoo app store at https://www.odoo.com/apps
