Hello Team,

How do i implement the above in odoo. A scenario is such that am selling my products to a group of customers but at different prices. It's tedious to keep on changing the prices at sales order entry point especially if the customer list is a huge one. 

Please assist.

You can use pricelists, you can check this answer ..

Awesome @Ahmed. This would perfectly substitute buying group. A quick question though :) . What if i want to enforce Pricelist field on Salesorder entry such that default Pricelist that a customer belongs to apply (Without having to select) and cannot be altered when posting order.

You can define a default pricelist to a customer from the customer's form Sales & Purchase tab. Then the pricelist will be filled automatically when select the customer in the SO. to disable altering you'll need small customization to make this field readonly ...
