Way before becoming the country of Odoo, Belgium used to be the country of beers; Now, imagine the mix of both!
This talk aims to show how to manage the specificities of beer breweries and drink manufacturers in general, starting from the very standard features of Odoo:

• manufacturing flow, from brewing to packaging
• sales with crates, bottles, packs, the deposit of returnable items
• returns and invoicing
• forecast + KPIs (volume sold, etc.)

Specific community tools help you remove the admin burdens and ease traceability. There will be quickly introduced:

• master MO with auto-generated lots
• brewing declaration
• access declaration
• foreign sales (eAD)

I will also share some quick implementation tips: phasing, functional scope, and change management.
