This event is free and open to the public! The Basic pass includes access to conferences, exhibition area and workshops. This pass does not include catering or access to the evening activities.

Important things to know
The early bird prices are available until March 31, 2025.
Your entrance ticket will be sent to you by email a few weeks before the event. Please note that we are legally bound to apply VAT for the training sessions and for the premium passes, as these are services which are sold and provided in Belgium.
Cancellation policy
- 100% refundable until July 31st, 2025.
- 50% refundable until August 15th, 2025.
- As from August 16th, no refunds will be made.
Two exceptions would allow a full refund until the day before the event:
- If your visa was denied. We would then require an official letter of the embassy. No refund will be made if you didn't submit your visa application soon enough to get a response before the beginning of the event.
- If your country's regulations don't allow you to travel and that the situation wasn't known when you purchased the tickets.
All requests for refund have to be submitted by email to experience@odoo.com before the beginning of the event.

Depending on how you arrive or where you are staying in Brussels, there is a variety of public transport methods that will get you to Brussels Expo.

There are multiple parking lots available around Brussels Expo. Once you are on the ring RO, take the exit n°7a and follow the signs "Expo".
- From Gand (E40) or Namur/Charleroi (E19)
Take the ring RO direction Zaventem - Namur. - From Antwerp (E19), Namur (E411) or Liège (E40)
Take the ring RO direction Gand - Ostende (E40). - From Antwerp/Boom (A12)
Take the ring RO direction Gand - Ostende (E40) and Mons - Charleroi (E19).

Brussels Expo provides convenient parking at lots B, C, M, and T, all located near the venue. With ample space and clear signage, visitors can enjoy a hassle-free arrival.

Odoo Experience is our signature annual event which brings together all members of the Odoosphere, including partners, clients and open source software fans. The 3-day event is a chance to learn about our latest release through inspiring talks given by experts from all over the world. Plus, our exhibition space is the ideal opportunity to showcase what you have to offer and forge professional connections.
A SmartClass is an immersive 2-day training session that takes place just before Odoo Experience which gives you the opportunity to upgrade your skills. (September 16 - 17) You can choose from a list of functional and technical subjects and learn from the best of our Odoo Experts.
No worries, all our talks are live streamed on YouTube. This allows you to watch them live or in replay.
Passes
Yes, Odoo Experience is open to everyone for free. Please note that the Basic Pass does not include food, drinks or any evening activities. To gain access to these, you must purchase a Premium Pass.
No, the SmartClass is a paid training session.
Odoo Experience is open to everyone for free. However, if you want to live the ultimate experience, we highly recommend that you buy a Premium Pass. The Premium Pass gives you access to catered lunches, dinners and exclusive evening activities.
You can always cancel your registration by sending an email to experience@odoo.com Tickets are 100% refundable until July 31st, 2025 and 50% refundable until August 15th, 2025. As from August 16th, we only refund tickets with a proof that your visa was denied or if your country's regulations don't allow you to travel. All refund requests need to be communicated via email to experience@odoo.com
Yes, you can always modify the name on your pass. To do so, just email us at: experience@odoo.com mentioning the original name on the pass and the name you would like to replace it with.
All badges will be printed onsite. Show the QR code included in your confirmation email to get access.

Practical Information
It depends on where you are coming from. Check with the embassy of Belgium in your home country. If you do need a visa, we highly recommend that you get it well in advance, as the procedure might be long.
The procedure varies depending on the country you're from. Contact the Belgian embassy in your home country, they will be able to help you. However, it is very likely that you will be asked to provide an invitation letter. You can download it from the confirmation email received after registration.
No, Odoo does not cover visa, transportation or accommodation fees.
There aren't that many hotels close to Brussels Expo. But it's very easy to reach to the city center with public transport.
Such as last year, Odoo Experience will be held at Brussels Expo.
Yes. You can easily park around Brussels Expo. Please note that it is a public parking and that you will need to pay for it. Odoo does not hold any liability for the parking area.
Yes, we have a cloakroom where you can leave your coat, bag or luggage. However, the space for luggage is limited, which is why we recommend that you leave it at your hotel if available.
