You can’t; the number of columns is fixed but you can change what appears in them
Add a new field in the relevant view of the underlying model; the field will then appear in the report’s table
Hover over the first cell in the column, click on the three dots then click + Insert left or + Insert right
Duplicate a column by right clicking then clicking Duplicate
