We are currently searching for a highly motivated candidates to
be our Line Cook at our Buffalo, NY office!
What we expect
This is a 100% onsite role in Buffalo, NY.
As Odoo culinary members, we are tasked with bringing a creative and innovative culinary experience to our team members. We do this by maintaining a consistent quality and presentation in every dish while adhering to strict food safety and sanitation to ensure the health and well-being of our team members.
We are seeking skilled, passionate cooks with high-volume experience to be a part of our culinary team. The responsibilities include the preparation, cooking, and plating of our daily menus for our team members; also, the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, and any other duties to ensure a professional kitchen.
Schedule: Full-time schedule. Monday through Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.
Starting Pay: $20 - $22 per hour
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock station with ingredients, tools, and supplies needed for service
- Ensure proper portioning, cooking temperatures, and consistent presentation of all dishes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines and procedures
- Store and label ingredients properly, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste
- Communicate any ingredient shortages, equipment issues, or safety concerns to kitchen leadership
- Accurately clock in/out for shifts and breaks in accordance with company policy
- Assist with opening, closing, restocking, and general cleaning duties
- Support a smooth and efficient kitchen operation and perform additional tasks as assigned

The estimated hourly compensation range for this role is $20-$22. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
