The nightly packages are not always updated at the moment, and the Windows ones even less so, given that Windows is not officially supported, or at least not as supported as GNU/Linux.
The current development branch is Odoo 8 though, so version 7 isn't frequently updated at all (except for translations), with only minor and rare bugfixes, so there is no huge need to use the nightly version.
