Hi,
It represents the money you theoretically could have spent/should have received still the date.For example your budget is 12000 for 12 months and today is 31 of January.The theoretically amount is 1000.

Hi, why can there not be fields like available amount? Practical amount doesn't really serve a purpose. I would rather have
Planned / Actual / Available / Committed (RFQs and Purchase Orders (not paid yet)) Allotted (Committed + Actual) but I suppose Odoo has not reached there yet.
