Any way to know server details like memory, CPU etc that Odoo SH provides by default.
Or to rephrase it what are the minimum memory limit you can subscribe to and what would be the system configuration of that instance?

This will depend on your configuration.
In Trial mode, odoo.sh will give you 1GB, I worker, and 2 Staging. You will be restricted to this specification.
In Subscribed mode, at least 1 worker, 1 staging, and 1GB are compulsory. You can scale up any of the specifications as desired.

The server configuration details can be visible from settings,it shows memory(database size),database workers and corresponding details of a sh project.
odoo.sh > Open the Project > Settings
