I am using iMac19,2. I have installed odoo14 with the same database
name as my mac user name. But each time access to database requires
password. I want to access to db without password like I use to do in Linux. How can I configure this on Mac?

Make sure you are following correct installation process. You need to create a PostgreSQL user with the same name as your Unix login (not db name).
$ sudo -u postgres createuser -s $USER
$ createdb $USER
for details https://www.odoo.com/documentation/14.0/administration/install/install.html#demo
