Hi,

This error means that the "Reference" (the operation name) on your inventory transfer must be unique for each company. It happens if you try to create or duplicate a transfer with the same Reference as another one already in the system. To fix it, just make sure each transfer has a different Reference, you can either change it manually or leave it blank so Odoo can create a new one for you automatically.
