I have decovered that on my site Mails are not forwarded to partners that have signded my blog as follwers.

In fact also a direct message to a partner does not work. That seems rather strange to me, because if I send a mail direct from Technical->Email->Emails everything works fine? Also in the message log it seems that all Users and partners should receive the message:

 

But I don't have a clue what behind the field Need Action is.
Note: every Partner is set in "Email Messages and Notifications" to "All Messages" (in Partner/Conctact Profile)

Here is the part of the log file that shows to messages first one [14] to a partner (not arrived) and second [15] to a user (arrived).
