How can the users confirm and register payments for the invoices without any accounting rights?
I want the user to create invoices from the sale orders and register the payment without any accounting rights
How to do that, please help.

you can do that using read_group method in odoo or make custom group for that specific button
I think you can learn from odoo the way it work with portal user. you see portal user only have read access to accounting stuff but odoo manage it to be able to create invoice and register payment outside the portal view
